George
A. Messenger, DVM, Dipl. ABVP-Avian
Dr.
Messenger graduated from the University of
Illinois in 1984, he was the valedictorian of his
class. He worked as a small animal and exotic
animal practitioner for10 years before opening
the Fisherville Animal Hospital & Bird Clinic in 1994.
Dr. Messenger has a special interest in birds and
exotic animals and is well known for treating just about every
small animal out there!
Dr.
Messenger is a member of the following organizations:

of Reptile and Amphibian Veterinarians
- American
Veterinary Medical Association
- New
Hampshire Veterinary Medical Association
- The
Association of Avian Veterinarians as well as being the NH liaison.
- Mid-Atlantic
States Association of Avian Veterinarians

Trust
Dr. Messenger recently received
his certification as a specialist in Avian Medicine and Surgery by the
American Board of Veterinary Practitioners.

Stacy L. Tela, DVM
Dr. Tela has
always been in the veterinary field. She
started out her career during high school
and worked her way up from a being a kennel
attendant to a becoming a veterinarian. She
graduated from Ross University School of
Veterinary Medicine in September, 2005. She
completed three years on the island of St.
Kitts in the West Indies at Ross and one
year in the United States at Purdue
University in Indiana. From there she moved
to Manchester, New Hampshire with her
Kittian dog and cat to begin her career.
This Massachusetts native fell in love with
New Hampshire and decided to stay and join
the Fisherville Animal Hospital team in
September, 2007. Dr. Tela practices and
enjoys small animal medicine and surgery. |
